Hi my name is Ashley Hill, I am married to the Love of my life, Corrin Hill since early 2024, former gymnastics coach, ranch hand, dog mom, skydiver, runner, and Doula!

Me and my husband’s love story will always be my favorite to tell. We were both at Christian young adult retreat back in 2023, all the young adults one night were in the dinning hall two stepping, I was siting in the back watching as one of my friends approach me asking if I knew how and I proceeded to tell her no and I didn’t want to learn. Being the stubborn person she is she grab my hand and said “well you’re learning whether you like it or not” and to this day so very grateful she did because she put me in the hands of my future Husband that night who taught me how to two step. well being the shy person I used to me I left that retreat not getting his number, beating myself up on the three hour car ride I had home then reminding myself I didn’t go there to meet anyone to make myself feel better.

Well two weeks goes one Friday afternoon I get a call from one of my best friends at the time inviting me to a wedding that started in two hours for a couple I met at the retreat. I played around with the idea of going for thirty minutes then decided well why not. Well as you probably by now know where this is going, I walk in the door to this wedding the first person I see is Corrin who also got invited two hours before it started. You would think I would spend the whole night with him then get his number well no I said hi and that was that. The wedding came to an end and I got in my car and left, starting to beat myself up again for not getting his number turned around hopping he was still there ran up to him and got it. And the rest was history, we have been nest friends ever since.

No matter where or how you choose to give birth I am here to support you. As your doula my goal is to ensure you are heard, supported, educated, and empowered throughout pregnancy and birth. My goal and prayer is that you and your partner are transformed and proud of your birth experience. Just as a women’s heart knows how to pump, her lungs to fill with air, and her hand to pull back from fire, so her body knows how to birth.

I fell in love with the thought of birth and babies at the age of six years old when my first niece was born. By the time I was 18 I had 10 nieces and nephews and have had the privilege of helping my sister with her last three babies into this world this helped me realize that this was the path I knew I was going to love and thrive in!

As high school came to an end, I wanted to focus on my future and once again found myself following my passion in life.. Babies and Birth. began to pursue my dream and started my formal education; becoming a Birth Boot Camp Doula!

When I am not at a birth you will find me, with my husband, doing something active such as sand volleyball. pickle ball, kayaking, rock climbing, on the back of a horse or in the gym are a few of our favorites. you’ll also find us at church, jumping out of airplanes, chasing an animal that got out on the ranch, or our 7 month old puppy, out at a dance hall two stepping the night away and finding the best Mexican restaurant in town.
